“The most important kind of freedom is to be what you really are. You trade in your reality for a role. You trade in your sense for an act. You give up your ability to feel, and in exchange, put on a mask.” ~ Jim Morrison

So powerful! These instill freedom of thought and spirit. Those were such amazing times. So many people speaking out against “the man”. That’s what they used to call the Gov. There is a guy on iPeace who has a whole page from the hippie era and it is sooooo amazing to see and hear. It moved me to tears. So many people living outside the box during that time. Wonderfully different values and way of life. You have a delightfully refreshing way of REALLY seeing the “system” for what it is. Your insight is very much reflected in your paintings. They blow my mind. Thank you so much for using you talent to speak out. Hugs, Robin

Hey what happened to you? Why have you quit stumbling? You have been acutely missed. (darthfox70)

Wow. Thank you very much, Robin for your compliments.
I’ve always thought that Jim Morrison’s lyrics, poetry, and thoughts expressed freedom of thought and spirit. I’ve often wondered what he would be saying and writing nowadays had he lived.
