I so appreciate you putting these together!! I’ve already watched 3 of them and will watch ALL of them. I love the raised adobe tree on the wall in the first video. SOOOO beautiful. I love the camaraderie of the people building them, something you don’t see in sterile toxic home building. I have been a potter in my life, as well as used clay for healing so I have a visceral connection to clay…and of course the Earth. I want to build a straw bale house and have bought several books on it. I just love the soft roundness, the clay, the earthiness of it. It’s as if the clay naturally brings our souls to life. The homes are not only less toxic, but I love the SOUL in them. I feel comforted knowing that my home would be connected to and part of the Earth. And if abandoned would eventually return to the Earth. It is my dream to build one. Thank you for sharing all these videos. They encourage me and help to keep my dream alive. You are remarkable and your site inspires me more that I can really express here. For that I thank you from my heart. Robin

Thank you, Robin, for the lovely comment.
Yes, I love the architecture and the feel of using natural materials, like straw bale, cob, adobe, etc. I like the way it looks like it has been shaped directly from the earth (as the child says in the video, Natural Instincts). These homes are so much more aesthetically pleasing than the square boxes of conventional homes. The shape, the form, the safety, everything about them impresses me. What’s more, they are easy to build. I hope you upload video and pictures to your website when you’ve built your straw bale home. I know they will be wonderful to see.
